February Half Term is just around the corner and we can't wait to see you at our Family Activities! Inspired by their new exhibitions, Shahana Rajani: Lines That World a River لکیروں سے دریا تھامنا and Dala Nasser: Cemetery of Martyrs - join them to make, explore and play.

The workshops are drop-in; however, they invite you to book a space for your session as spaces are limited. The sessions take place on Tuesdays, Wednesday & Thursdays at the following times:

Tue, 10am-12pm & 1pm-3pm

Wed 10am-12pm & 1pm-3pm*

Thu 10am-12pm & 1pm-3pm

*Please note Nottingham Contemporary run SEND Sessions on Wednesday Afternoons, 1pm-3pm. These are lower stimulation sessions for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) including neurodivergent children – and their families. These sessions are for families who feel this environment would be more suited to them, whether you have a diagnosis or not.

Book one ticket per person, including adults & children. If you are unable to make it on the day, please cancel your tickets so that others may attend.

Make a Day of it, by visiting the Nottingham Central Library, for lots of free fun and it's just over the road from us!

Nottingham Contemporary are taking part in the Robin Hood Adventure Trail by It's in Nottingham, a wonderful free city-centre mission for you and your family.

Your Visit

· All activities are held in our large ground floor area, called The Space
· There is a smaller designated sensory area in these workshops
· Adult and Child noise reducing headphones are available on request
· They have a Changing Places facility
· They are a Breastfeeding Welcome venue
· They have staff on duty who are First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid trained
· They ask for you not to take food and drink inside the exhibitions, but you are welcome to have snacks and drinks in The Space when attending our Family Activities.
