Never played Tag Rugby before? Beginners are especially welcome.
Tag Rugby is a non-tackling, mixed-gender team sport focused on fun, meeting new people and staying active. It's easy to learn, with guidance provided on the day to help everyone get started.
Although new to Nottingham, Tag Rugby is one of the UK's fastest-growing social sports, with over 11,000 people playing weekly last summer.
Whether sporty or just starting out, everyone is welcome. Many people attend on their own, so there's no need to worry about knowing anyone in advance.
Nottingham Moderns RFC is easily accessible and within walking distance of Nottingham city centre.
