Come along to a Free Tag Rugby Taster Session at Nottingham Moderns RFC, in Wilford.
Never played Tag Rugby before? No problem - beginners are especially welcome!
Tag Rugby is a non-tackling, mixed-gender team sport that's all about having fun, meeting new people and staying active. It's easy to learn and you'll be shown everything you need to know on the day.
Tag Rugby is new to Nottingham, but it's already one of the UK's fastest growing social sports, with over 11,000 people playing weekly last summer.
Whether you're sporty or not, super fit or just getting started – everyone's welcome. Lots of people come along on their own, so don't worry if you don't know anyone yet.
Nottingham Moderns RFC is easily accessible and within walking distance from Nottingham city centre.
