Grease sing-a-long screening at Broadway in aid of Cancer Research
Broadway is proud to present a special sing-a-long fundraising screening of Grease, organised and hosted by filmmaker Jeanie Finlay, on Friday 28 February at 8.30pm.
The public screening will be an opportunity to raise money for Cancer Research UK and to sing along to chart-topper hits such as You’re the One That I Want and Summer Nights. Dressing up as your 50s alter ego is also encouraged and themed cocktails will be available on the night.
Broadway based filmmaker, Jeanie Finlay, who organised the event said: “Cancer Research is a charity that is very close to my heart. That’s why I’m delighted to be hosting, along with Shazza’s Sparkles, this very special fundraising screening of Grease. So whether you’re a Sandra Dee, A Pink Lady or a T-Bird – don your fifties finest and sing along with all the classics, knowing that your ticket is supporting a brilliant cause.”
The Grease sing-a-long fundraiser screening will take place at Broadway on Friday 28 February at 8.30pm. All profits will be donated to Cancer Research UK.
