WHAT IS THE HOODWINKED TRAIL 2018?

From Saturday 7 July – Sunday 30 September, 33 colourful chirpy robins will be dotted around the city as part of Hoodwinked, a unique, world-class Wild in Art sculpture trail.

These quirky Robin Hood statues will be everywhere, and apparently nowhere… They will all be in plain sight but masquerading in coats of many colours, each having been designed and decorated by local, national and international creatives and artists. Will the sheriff spot him, or will he be Hoodwinked? This is set to be a citywide game of hide and seek. Find out more here.

PRIZE OVERVIEW – ROBIN HOOD AND THE BABES IN THE WOOD

From Sherwood Forest to Nottingham Playhouse, Robin Hood and the evil Sheriff of Nottingham are lighting up our panto stage.

Your ultimate pantomime villain, the Sheriff hatches a wicked plan to get rid of his niece and nephew, the Babes in the Wood, and claim their fortune. It’s down to Robin Hood to save the day and stop the Sheriff with a little help from his Merry Men and Maid Marian.

Enjoy plenty of songs, dance, laughter and sumptuous costumes in our traditional family-friendly panto by Kenneth Alan Taylor.

Come and join in with a festive fix of slapstick comedy, boos and hisses, and all-round silliness – with the addition of good old Nottingham folklore. For more information visit Nottingham Playhouse.
