Explore the art of gilding with this illustrative workshop, learning how to add a look of luxe to paper craft. Using gold, bronze and silver gilding, you'll create compositions to suit your personal style.
With the opportunity to add stitch-work with paper embroidery and enhance your designs with collage, this is a great class for exploring your creative card projects.
You'll also receive a take-away kit with your own useful, reusable tin bottle containing gilding adhesive and gilding sheets, so you’ll have bonus portions with which to experiment your new gilding craftsmanship.
Hosted at Nottingham’s Malt Cross - one of the few surviving examples of Victorian music halls in the UK, a stunningly inspiring venue for this new creative class.
