This roundtable brings together established voices in Hip-Hop dance to explore how the culture archives itself

Through different outlets and facets, Hip-Hop holds knowledge in ways that don't always align with traditional archiving methods.

With panelists Alexandra 'Spicey' Landé, Marie Kaae, and Ian Abbott, and chaired by Dwayne Church-Simms, this conversation will explore how expertise is passed on in our community and what it means to document, value and share knowledge rooted in lived experience.

Suitability guidance:

For those interested in Hip-Hop dance culture and those interested in dance archiving.
