Lunchtime Pilates. This re-energising full-body workout will make you feel strong all over and free your limbs for more optimal movement.
For half an hour every thursday lunchtime, enjoy in this mindful movement program, a relaxing journey from head to toe. Based in mat abd verticle pilates, you will leave feeling taller, stronger and energized, ready for the remaining day ahead. The class will celebrate and promote the joy, flow and somatic aspects of movement and dance. Ideal sessions for a quick burst of movement on your lunchbreak or day off.
Suitable for ages 18 and over. From beginners to regular pilates goers, all are welcome and encouraged.
All pilates mats will be provided. Make sure to bring water to remain energized and hydrated.
