Learn everything there is to know about mastering buttercream and royal piping. Your tutor Emma will teach you how to whip the perfect buttercream icing, how to colour it just right, before practicing various piping tips and techniques. When you've mastered the basics, you'll have 6 beautiful cupcakes to decorate with everything you've learnt including a "hydrangea head" design and the classiest giant swirl to take your cakes to the next level.
