Selfhood Practices is a gentle movement and creative session designed to help those who live with long-term pain conditions. Aimed to support recovery and create opportunity to meet other in a friendly, safe and supportive environment.

Sessions are FREE to attend, with the option to make a donation. Within the first half an hour of the session, tea, coffee and biscuits are provided to help create a relaxed, welcoming environment before the session's activities.

Please note that benefits including Personal Independent Payment (PIP) should not be affected by attending these sessions. If you have any concerns, please contact Chelsea@fabric.dance .
