Silk Painting Workshop

Come and start your silk printing journey. This effective silk printing technique will encourage your creativity and surprise you as you create your unique, individual artwork on silk. The exceptionally talented textile design trained, Sue will take you through each step to create something you will be proud of.
What you will make – A panel approx. 35x35cm which could be framed as is or could be made into a cushion.
What you will learn:
How to prepare your silk panel
Preparation to create your outline ready for painting
Painting techniques
Colourway selection from the many available, and paint your panel
How to set and finish your piece.
What is included – All materials will be provided for you and the workshop includes a two-course homemade lunch served with local wine.
