For the chance to experience a variety of flavours influenced by different cultures from around the world, join the Renaissance at Kelham Hall for their Spanish Banqueting Night.
Enjoy some of the finest dining in the area with an impressive themed set banqueting menu. Known for its fragrant paella and delicious range of tapas dishes, enjoy a varied selection of Spanish delicacies, set within the state rooms of the Renaissance at Kelham Hall.
Indulge in 3-courses, 9 dishes, of traditional Spanish cuisine and enjoy ALL of the following dishes as well as a welcome drink* for only £29 per person:
Starters: Gazpacho Soup, Sardines on Toast and Patatas Bravas.
Mains: Baked Chicken Thigh with Tomato & Chorizo, Pasta Puttanesca and LIVE Seafood Paella.
Desserts: Spanish Lemon & Olive Cake, Spanish Churros and Crema Catalana.
This event will be a delight for all of your senses. The main cooking of the Paella dish will take place LIVE allowing all guests to watch and enjoy.
Executive Chef Dan Sung, has over 35 years of experience working in a variety of 5* restaurants across the world. Drawing from his depth of knowledge, Dan will help to transport you to another land, tantalising your taste buds with a variety of traditional and authentic cuisines.
