Nottingham Contemporary,
Free, donations welcome
Join Nottingham Contemporary for art-making and practice-sharing with our Associate Artist Amelia Daiz in this special viewing of our two new exhibitions by Sarah Cunningham and Julia Isídrez.
Painting at night and in dreamlike states, Sarah Cunningham's imaginary landscapes are portals to other worlds that speak to the connection between humans and nature.
Julia Isídrez's clay sculptures and fantastical creatures are rooted in Guaraní Indigenous ceramic traditions and folklore.
Take part in creative, exploratory activities in the galleries and explore approaches and resources to encourage discussion, reflective thinking and making in the classroom and gallery. This is a great opportunity to meet our learning team and find out more about our schools offer.
Suitable for educators of all stages, including Early Years, SEN/D practitioners, tutors at FE and HE, and early career teachers. The session welcomes sharing conversations and experiences linked to educational approaches and themes.
