Specially commissioned for Heritage Open Days 2026, this free guided tour of St Mary's Newark takes you through the lives of some of the most important and intriguing individuals associated with the life of our church and town across nine centuries. Hear unique tales ranging from the medieval period to the present day!

Tours are free and last approximately 45 minutes, with time left at the end for questions. We recommend wearing flat, sensible shoes and wrapping up warmly.
