Thoresby's Historical Bazaar will bring together over 1000 years of history in one weekend. From Romans to the Cold War and everything in between, the weekend is a celebration of Nottinghamshire's heritage. Activities and entertainments can be found all around the site, along with a bustling market area selling a variety of historically themed items, locally made crafts, vintage clothing, and militaria. A full arena programme will also be available. So why not.... Try your hand at various homefront activities and see how families in the area were coping with the threat of war. Have a go at archery. Marvel at the skills of the royal falconers. Take a look at a variety of historical vehicles on display. And much much more! The finest of craft beers, wines and drinks will be available at the beer tent and the mini food market will have a whole host of options to tempt the taste buds and provide edible delights for a variety of wants and requirements.
