RSPB Sherwood Forest

A host of brilliant Medieval re-enactment groups descend on Sherwood Forest for a weekend that will re-create the sights and sounds of one of the most troubled periods of English history - the Wars of the Roses.
There will be combat and clashes in the Skirmish of Sherwood and the Tournament of Champions, as well as fabulous costumes to admire in a 15th Century fashion show and demonstrations of the wonderful artisan skills of the era.
Free admission.
