The second in a series of four talks over the winter that take a closer look at The Workhouse and its history. Also includes a private tour with a costumed character.
Our resident volunteer costume expert, Angela Elmore talks about the research that was carried out to uncover what was worn by the paupers at different times during the history of The Workhouse. There will also be the chance to see examples of clothing made according to the research.
