Working in a100sqm Craft barn you will enjoy the beautiful views from the large windows looking out onto the stunning Nottinghamshire countryside that lies ahead.
Choose from two different designs, then your talented tutor Jo will take you through the techniques of wiring step by step, so by the time you have finished, you will a completed bracelet to treasure and learn a new craft too.
What you will learn:
The best way to work with copper and beads
A variety of techniques including wrapping, binding and twisting to achieve the desired result
The tools needed for different types, shapes, and gauges of wire
Confidence to work with the tools and materials
What is included: – You will be working with copper, everything is included in the workshop price:- all tools, materials and refreshments. Nothing to bring, just yourself
Who is the workshop for: Perfect for beginners or people with experience.
Outline of the morning:
Arrival with refreshments
Welcome and meet your tutor Jo;
Decide which bracelet design to make;
Introduction to tools and materials;
Get hands-on and learn the techniques to make your bracelet.
Refreshments and a snack
Finish and depart with your wonderful handcrafted jewellery pieces.
