Join Write Queer and Nottingham Central Library for an open mic night celebrating pride!
Are you someone who writes or performs? Book a slot for 3 to 5 minutes to share your writing, performance, or music in front of a friendly live audience. Tickets are free and there's plenty of slots available in advance.
Doors will open at 6:30pm with performances starting from 7:00pm for 45 minutes, a 30 minute break to socialise and browse, and then we'll finish off with another 45 minutes of further fantastic performances.
We'll have a fabulous series of organisations to connect you with local queer-focussed groups and businesses to give you a chance to find out more about what they do and peruse their excellent wares.
Not sure if you want to perform? Why not come along and see how you feel? We'll have plenty of slots available on the night.
Want to perform music? We'll have a microphone set up for everyone, but please bring any additional equipment you feel you may need. Get in touch with us to check any requirements.
Have any accessibility requests? Pop it on your order form or get in touch with us to help us understand how best we can support you.
Got any questions? Just pop us a message and we'll be glad to help you!
