A vibrant new monthly market is bringing the best in local food, farming, and handmade produce to Rufford Abbey Country Park. Hosted on the second Sunday of each month from 10am to 3pm, this Farmers and Producers Market is a celebration of British agriculture, independent makers, and seasonal delights.
Organised by Picks Organic Farm, the market offers an ever-changing selection of fresh produce straight from local farms, alongside artisan cheeses, breads, meats, and irresistible sweet treats. It's a showcase of quality, flavour, and craftsmanship, all wrapped up in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
Beyond the food, visitors will also find handcrafted goods, gifts, and rural-inspired crafts — all created with care by passionate producers and skilled artisans from across the region. Whether it's a weekly shop or a leisurely browse, this community-focused event is the perfect way to support local and enjoy a Sunday at Rufford.
The market's mission is simple: to celebrate local talent, support British farming, and give small producers a platform to thrive. Each month offers something new, with friendly faces and fabulous finds waiting around every corner.
