Soul Food is known for its rich flavours and hearty fare, and the menu at Glee Club doesn’t disappoint. Fancy some tasty Jerk Chicken with Rice & Peas? Jerk Chicken with Rice & Peas
Hot and sticky chicken marinated in jerk herbs and spices, then roasted for extra flavour. Served with spiced rice and red beans.
Spicy Sausage & Shrimp Jambalaya
The perfect blend of European flavours with New Orleans attitude. Spicy sausage, ham and shrimp combined in a tomato and vegetable stock with thyme, oregano, cayenne pepper, parsley and lemon juice. Served with rice.
Louisiana Gumbo (v)
A fusion of West African and French cuisine from the Deep South. A delicious thick gumbo with Cajun spices, beans, tomatoes, peppers and vegetarian sausages. Served with rice.
