Acrylic Landscape Painting Workshop | 10am to 3.30pm

Join us for a creative day learning to use acrylics. Guided by expert tutor and artist Laura, she will demonstrate methods of using acrylic paints to build-up layers to create vibrant work. The class will take place in our 100sqm craft barn where you will take in the beautiful surrounding views of Hanwell Wine Estate for inspiration.
By the end of your day, you will expect to have completed 1 -2 acrylic pieces of artwork and have a better understanding of explored colour with this loose and speedy way of making work.
What is included:
• All tools and materials are provided. Feel free to bring your own images for inspiration or use the material provided which are predominantly of landscape and woodlands.
• Refreshments, homemade 2-course lunch served with a glass of local wine are included.
Who is it suitable for: Ideal for beginners or people who want to try a new art form.
Outline of your time with us:
• 10am Welcome and meet your tutor Laura
• Introduction to the tools and materials with a demonstration
• Practice and gather inspiration
• 11.15am – Refreshment break with snack
• Carry on where you left off
• 12.30pm – Homemade 2-course lunch served with a glass of local wine
• 1.15pm Continue with your art
• 2.45pm – Refreshment break with snack
• 3.30pm – Finish for the day with your two lovely pieces of art
To ensure the quality of your personal experience, group size will be limited to 8.
