With communal music-making at the heart of everything they do, Ancient Infinity Orchestra create a sound that is at once expansive and intimate, earthy, and cosmic, constantly shifting yet grounded in shared intention. "It is music absolutely all about love and that sincerity" - UK Vibe

"Really lush spiritual jazz" –  Jamie Cullum

"Uplifting organic spiritual jazz that will make you reconnect with nature and message your friends to tell them how much you love them." –  Somewhere Soul

Ancient Infinity Orchestra unfurled in the North of England. The joyous ensemble has communal music-making at the heart of everything they do. And that includes the melodies that flow out of their new album "It's Always About Love" which blossom with uplifting improvised contributions that circle around bandleader Ozzy Moysey's beautiful songs; generous sonic gifts of healing and repair.

They return with "It's Always About Liberation" a new body of work. A celebration of music's depth and it's importance that is often overlooked or temporarily forgotten, a reminder to the bands self and it's listeners that music/art is to continue as a central part of human culture, and not merely entertainment (far from it!). this album is an attempt to pay homage to the sacredness that sound holds. Listening together shapes how we relate to one another, how we inhabit shared space, and that music affirms the power of sound to carry presence, responsibility, and connection, qualities essential to how we live and move within our communities.

The Orchestra became a grounding force in the emerging jazz scene in Leeds, bringing together individuals from different musical background at the Café Oto-inspired Limpet Club or co-hosting the monthly Sonic Purge ('a platform for adventurous experimentation') and co-founding the Leeds Improvisers Orchestra.

Ancient Infinity Orchestra can be described as melody-driven improvised music, made by people who are deep into different types of traditional music, including folk, jazz and classical. "The tunes are a vessel," he says, "with everyone doing their thing. It exists so that my friends can be musically fulfilled."

"It's music created with the notion of community at its core and it generates such an effervescent joy … It is music absolutely all about love and that sincerity has become the defining trait for the Ancient Infinity Orchestra." –  UK Vibe
