About

Monday 4th December | 2023 | 7pm
Nottingham Central Library
Free but ticketed

The Central Library Light Switch on promises to be a memorable event in your Christmas calendar. Come along for an evening of great entertainment with live music to be announced, and countdown for the Christmas tree light switch on.

The knitters and crafters across the Nottingham City Libraries Network will be showcasing their talent at the bauble hanging ceremony, where you'll see what they've been busy making and watch their creations find a home on the tree. On top of this, the Business and IP Centre will be hosting a small Christmas Fayre with their talented members giving you the chance to grab some bespoke Christmas presents for your loved ones.

The Cafe/bar will be open and serving a small selection of food and drink. This event is free but is ticketed. Doors open at 7pm and the event will conclude at 11pm, with the bar closing at 10:30.
