Join a free taster session on Wednesday 6th May at Nottingham Moderns RFC, Wilford.
No experience needed – beginners are especially welcome.
Tag Rugby is a non-contact, mixed-gender team sport that's easy to pick up and great for fitness, fun and socialising. Everything needed to get started will be explained on the day.
With over 11,000 people playing weekly across the UK, it's quickly becoming the go-to way to stay active and connect with others.
These sessions are proving very popular and places are limited, so early booking is strongly recommended.
Come along solo or with friends — many players start on their own.
