Come and make festive Frosty the shelf sitting snowman with a cheeky face! Children and adults alike will fall in love with him and you'll find your family and friends wanting one too. The workshop will take place in our 100sqm craft barn were you will find a relaxing space to work, while taking in the beautiful surrounding views of Hanwell Wine Estate.
What you will make:
An adorable snowman that sits 10" from his shelf to the top of his hat and his legs dangle down about another 6".
Who is the workshop suitable for:
Suitable for anyone confident with a sewing machine to sew using a normal straight stitch. A small amount of hand stitching is required.
What is included:
- All materials are provided
- Refreshments and a two-course vegetarian homemade lunch served with a glass of wine.
What you will need to bring:
- Ideally you will need your own sewing machine. (There are 2 machines onsite available on a first-come-first-served basis, note in the comments box when booking).
- Red and white machine sewing cotton( polyester is fine) scissors, pins and needles.
- General sewing equipment.
- Glasses if you wear them
Please note – The tutor will have some items for sale or to borrow in case you are unable to source the above things yourself. Needles will be available to buy but not borrow.
