With a captivating blend of jazz and contemporary soul, Georgia Cécile stands at the forefront of the UK's new wave of jazz artists. Inspired by Stevie Wonder, Nina Simone and Gregory Porter she is Championed by Gregory Porter and Jools Holland, and is renowned for her virtuosic vocals, magnetic stage presence, and ability to win over audiences worldwide.
Named 'UK Jazz Act Of The Year' and 'Vocalist of the Year' at the 2022 Jazz FM awards Georgia is a celebrated live artist who has built her loyal fanbase from the ground up. Her 2025 tour included sold-out shows at Ronnie Scott's London (4 nights), The Blue Note Milano (2 nights), The Fruitmarket Glasgow, Queen's Hall Edinburgh, Kings Place London, Cork Opera House, and Duc des Lombards Paris (4 nights), with additional dates supporting Jools Holland.
Written after the end of a long-term relationship, her new music for 2026, is her most raw and authentic yet. Created during a summer in Los Angeles and recorded in London, the songs balance heartbreak with optimism, blending lush vocals, grooving horns, with musicians from Incognito and Jungle.
