Hanwell Hare Workshop (2 days)
2nd & 3rd August 2023
£195.00 per day
This workshop is suitable for anyone confident with a sewing machine to sew using a normal straight stitch. A small amount of hand stitching is required. Guided by expert tutor Gaye she will take you through step by step to sew your Hare together. It includes machine and hand sewing, turning narrow limbs and 2 methods of jointing. The adding of features to the face and felt clothing construction. All materials are provided, if you have your own sewing machine then please bring it, we have 2 machines onsite available on a first-come-first-served basis. Refreshments throughout the day and a two-course vegetarian homemade lunch served with a glass of wine are included on both days.
On day one you will make the hare and on day two the jacket and add the finishing details to your hare.
