Jose Franco Presents 'Tablao'
Jose Franco brings a show that explores current societal affairs, conformism, and the limits imposed on artistic expression, including Flamenco's own struggles to survive. 'Tablao' explores new freedoms, improvisation and inner strength.
The show adapts the traditional flamenco style with novel expressions that go beyond the periphery and rigidity of the four walls of the Tablao.
Balance is the perfect formula for something specific to work, the harmony between different things and the ability to mix two components, so that neither of them diminishes the other's importance.
Life passes constantly on this concept, balancing between the ancient and the modern, the precise and the abstract, femininity and masculinity, between good and evil.
The key to happiness is the perfect balance between sorrow and joy.
