The voice of multi million streaming 'Blame Jones', Leonie has acquired a gold record for her work on Eva Cassidy's posthumous album. She has also worked with the likes of Boy George and superstar sideman Mo Pleasure and is currently recording with Fred Vigdor of Average White Band. After a decade or so working as a 'singers singer' accompanying others, Leonie is now stepping out of the shadows as an artist in her own right – encouraged by the likes of UK vocal royalty Jo Harman – and she is currently working on her first EP with Average White Band saxist Freddy V.

Accompanying Leonie on this show are two top class musicians in the shape of Emily Francis (Robert Fripp, Toyah Wilcox, Rumer etc) on keyboards and guitarist Dave Ital who himself has worked with some of the biggest names in music, Beyonce, Chaka Khan, and Bobby Womack to name but three. We are delighted to welcome this talented trio to the venue to perform a soulful set of both originals and noted covers which have, in some way or other, been instrumental in Leonie's varied career to date.
