Tropical Butterfly House
Get ready for some egg-stra special Easter fun throughout the school holidays as the Tropical Butterfly House, near Sheffield calls families to join in its egg-citing Easter Buddies trail!
Can you find all the friendly farm Easter Buddies hop, skipping and jumping around the park to claim your sweet treat reward?
Do you know which of the park's friendly residents also lay eggs? And who do you think likes carrots the most?! If you're lucky enough to find one of the Golden eggs or special Golden bunnies hidden daily around the park you also could win a scrumptious Easter treat!
Plus there's fun Easter-themed arts and crafts and it wouldn't be Easter without the Easter Bunny who will be 'hopping' up to say hello over the Bank Holiday weekend. Look out for the funny bunny jokes as you wander around the park.
Grab your bunny ears and dress in your egg-stravagent Easter best or bonnet to share the fun and tag all your Easter Buddies selfies on social media #EasterBuddies #tropicalbutterflyhouse for your chance to get your paws on a Family Explorer pass to the wildlife park*.
Spring is in the air and it's the perfect time to get outdoors and conquer the Realms of Camelot adventure playground with its slides, tunnels and tower or enjoy ride-on tractors, a zip-wire, air cannons, Dino trail, wet play fun and sandpits and take time out at the outdoor picnic area.
There's also exciting FREE keeper talks throughout the day from otters, wallabies and meerkats to butterflies and their very own real Easter bunny. Join in the fun at the daily Animal Antics show and hop on board the free tractor-trailer ride!
Easter also marks the first anniversary of the new Butterfly House opening. If you haven't visited yet you can see tropical butterflies, iguanas, caimans and lush tropical plants.
Feeling peckish? Spoil yourself at Lottie's Coffee Lounge with Easter-inspired picnic boxes for the kids, whilst grown-ups can relax with Easter-themed drinks.
