Move Into Pilates. An hour long nourishing, restorative class which will focus on physical and mental well-being. The hour will consist of mindful exercies to reduce tension and promote full body strength, mobility and balance. It will build the basics to strengthen the deep musicles that keep our backs strong and transform our core, helping to feel calm, gain flexibility and have pain-free movement. The class will celebrate and promote joy, flow and somatic aspects of movement and dance.

Suitable for ages 18 and over. Open to anyone who would benefit from a gentler class, regardless of experience or mobility.

All pilates mats are provided. Make sure to bring water to maintain energized and hydrated. Look forward to seeing you there!
