Pretty Muddy Kids - 9.30am | Pretty Muddy Adults - 10.30am
National Watersports Centre (Holme Pierrepont Country Park)
Everyone has a reason to Race for Life. Together we will beat cancer.
Pretty Muddy® is a 5k muddy obstacle course that everyone can take part in, no matter their fitness level.
Climb, crawl and slide your way around the Pretty Muddy® obstacle course at your own pace. 5k is just over 3 miles and can take about an hour to complete on average, but there's no pressure to finish in a certain time.
Pretty Muddy® Kids is a muddy obstacle course for children aged 5-12 (over 1.2m tall), held on the same day as our Pretty Muddy® events.
The young fundraisers will climb, crawl and slide their way around the course at their own pace, accompanied by an adult who will run alongside them.
Get muddy as an individual or with a group of friends or family, have fun and raise money for life-saving cancer research.
