Broadway Cinema | Tickets: Pay What You Feel
Broadway’s first-ever Robin Hood Movie Marathon is set to coincide with Nottingham’s annual Half and Mini Marathon. This day-long celebration of the legendary local hero features a lineup of iconic cinematic adventures. The event will include Kevin Costner’s portrayal of Robin Hood as a Prince of Thieves, alongside other classic interpretations.
Whether you're a tapering runner looking to rest up or a film enthusiast who enjoys a long runtime, everyone is invited to gather their merry band and join in.
The marathon culminates with Kevin Costner as Robin Hood, featuring a memorable performance by Alan Rickman as the sneering Sheriff of Nottingham. Directed by Kevin Reynolds, this 1990s reinvention of the Robin Hood legend pays homage to past portrayals while presenting the famous outlaw in a new, iconic light. When Robin returns from the Crusades to find his father dead, he vows revenge.
Tickets for all films in the Robin Hood Marathon are Pay What You Feel, allowing attendees to enjoy as many screenings as they wish. Kids are welcome, and there will be family-friendly activities throughout the day.
