University of Nottingham Medicine Amateur Dramatics Society presents Shrek the Musical!
Running from Thursday 26 - Saturday 28 February 2026, 4th year Medical Students from the University of Nottingham will be upholding their annual tradition of putting down their stethoscopes and taking to the stage!
Shrek the Musical is a family-friendly stage show based on the DreamWorks Animation film, following the story of an ogre who, after his swamp is overrun by banished fairytale characters, strikes a deal with Lord Farquaad to rescue Princess Fiona to reclaim his home. Along with his wisecracking sidekick Donkey, Shrek embarks on a hilarious adventure filled with laughter, love, and a diverse cast of unforgettable characters, set to a "toe-tapping" soundtrack.
Tickets prices are £12.50 for children, students and seniors and £19.50 for adults.
Come along to Nottingham Arts Theatre for an unforgettable and fun performance! Evening shows are at 19:30 on the 26th, 27th and 28th of February, plus a matinée performance on the 28th.
