Join Ian Whitcombe Comedy for a fantastic night of live comedy, featuring some of the brightest and best comics in the country.

Enjoy hours of laughter with these incredible acts:

Andy Gleeks (MC)

Having been on the circuit for four years now, Andy Gleeks has established himself as an act who delivers, firstly and foremost, as a 'natural MC' (Geoff Whiting), who 'effortlessly engages the audience…with 'warmth and charm' (House of Stand-up). He can be trusted to steer a night into, and through, funny waters each and every time, due to his 'cracking ad libs' (Notts Comedy Review).

When not mcing, Andy has a bulletproof club set, high on gags, focusing on his past and present lives in Ireland and England. His conversational and anecdotal style is rip roaringly self deprecating, and Andy enjoys 'flitting seamlessly between topical and observational comedy' (Lassman Productions) and has a real facility for language, but, above all, self laceration. Andy works on a variety of bills and is an act who all audiences warm to due to his relaxed style, confident delivery, his searing honesty, his quick wit, his 'great turn of phrase' his 'good comedy mind' (Glee Club), but most of all his idiocy (Andy Gleeks). He is definitely an act considered 'one to watch' (House of Stand-up).

But most of all, he is an act who is, undoubtedly, a fan of commas.

"it's clear you've been doing this a very long time" Tony Hadley, Spandau Ballet

Jonny Pelham (Opener)

Jonny Pelham is one of the most exciting stand-up comedians on the circuit. Over the last few years he has appeared on Live from the BBC (BBC3), Mock The Week (BBC2), Russell Howard's stand-up Central (Comedy Central) and Live at the Apollo (BBC2).

Jonny is also an in-demand comedy writer and actor having appeared in the Viceland series, Bobby & Harriet Getting Married, as well as his own short film released as part the Sky Comedy Shorts season, Late Bloomer (Sky Arts). Jonny is currently developing a number of projects, both scripted and unscripted, for TV, and has written and starred in his own Channel 4 Comedy Blap, Brad Boyz (E4).

Jonny's critically acclaimed Edinburgh show, Off Limits, saw him winning the Beyond The Fringe Herald Angel Award. It received ample praise, critical acclaim and five star reviews, The Herald describing it as an 'intensely moving and consistently funny set', while EdFestMag calls it 'a truly remarkable show'.

Jules O'Brian (Middle)

Jules O'Brian first took to the stage in 2017, at The Comedy Loft, in Birmingham, as part of a night for charity. A keen fan of Rik Mayall, French and Saunders, Victoria Wood, and Joan Rivers, as well as Katherine Ryan, Tim Minchin, Amy Schumer, and the Brum-based Luisa Omielan, Jules states her stand-up style is "Butter wouldn't melt meets Is That All There Is?" (a reference to the dark song made famous by singer Peggy Lee).

An English Tutor, Jules currently lives in Tamworth, Staffordshire, and performed a sell-out 'triple-header' with pals Tal Davis and Hannah Weetman during 2021's Birmingham Comedy Festival.

Jules O'Brian was shortlisted for Funny Women 2021, and performs at venues and festivals around the country, telling anyone who will listen about ageing disgracefully, body hang-ups, parenting, and dating. She is TalkTalk's official voice – chosen by none other than the legend Bernard Cribbins – and her silly writings feature frequently in magazines including Prima and MamaLife. This former teacher's relaxed and chatty style, crowd interaction and warmth, all served with a sardonic wit, make her a natural crowd pleaser.

Stand Up Comedy Night at Revolution Nottingham

Please be advised that the comedy line-ups are subject to change. The  talented comedians are in high demand and, on occasion, may need to cancel at short notice for television or radio recordings, among other reasons. Rest assured, there will always be a replacement act of similar quality to ensure that our guests receive a great overall show experience.

While most of the guests come for the entire show, the event organisers understand that some may be travelling to see a particular comedian. If that's the case, we recommend checking their website on the day of the show or joining their mailing list to receive the latest updates on any changes to the line-up.

This event is an 18+ event and may contain strong language.
