Summer of Play

About

Saturday 18 July - Sunday 6 September 2026 | 10am - 5pm
Clumber Park
Free with admission

Taking place from Saturday 18 July - Sunday 6 September, Clumber Park's Summer of Play offers 6 interactive zones, crammed full of imaginative ways to play.

Burn off some energy in the Active Zone with a football pitch, target nets, a 40ft cricket batting cage, pickleball, junior hockey and more.

Head to the Imagination Zone with two stages to perform on, a music area, chalk boards, and a mini Clumber Park to explore.

There's a focus on the senses in the Nature Zone with bean bag toss, sand pits, a rainbow tunnel, music tent, and camp building.

It's all about play in the Loose Parts Zone, where children can enjoy den building, a cable runway, stepping stones and a construction area.

The Toddler Zone provides an enclosed area for little ones with ride on toys, a sensory wall, a sandbox, and interactive maze boards, complete with plenty of shade sails and seating.

On top of an already jam-packed Summer of Play, discover an all-new Pokémon zone with straw bale arena at the centre of the Front Field.

Away from Summer of Play, explore a little further afield and discover the Heritage Zone in the Lincoln Stables. Enjoy traditional playground games, skipping ropes, chalk on the floor & dress up.

Don't forget your cameras! The #Clumber Hollywood-style letters make for a perfect photo opportunity.

Summer of Play is free with admission. Children should be supervised at all times. Summer of Play is open every day from 10.00 - 17.00.
