Enjoy a range of activities for a great family day out at Newstead Abbey this Easter.
 

The Great Easter Carrot Trail | Daily 10am - 4pm | Trail packs £2
 
The Easter Bunny is being healthy this year and instead of chocolate eggs, he’s searching for Carrots in the Gardens.
Pick up a trail activity sheet in the House Shop and find the answer to the question.
Trail packs include Mask, crayons, trail sheet, colour in sheet, sweet.

Historic House Tours | Saturday & Sunday only at 3pm | £8
Discover the history of Newstead Abbey – travel through the Historic House and hear the tales of the residents of the Abbey, including the famous poet Lord Byron.

Garden Tours | Sunday 5 & Monday 6 April only at 1pm & 2:30pm | £5 donation
 
Join us for garden tours with Philip Jones
Philip Jones, local and garden historian is an expert on the gardens at Newstead Abbey, and will take you on a 1 hour walking tour. Drop in to the Newstead Abbey shop meeting point, and pay £5 donation to support the upkeep of Newstead Park. 
Visitors should meet at least 10 minutes before the tour start time.
Visitors will need to wear comfortable clothing & footwear, and reasonably fit to undertake a walk around the gardens for approximately 1 hour.

Adventure Play Area | Open daily during park opening hours
Enjoy spending time outdoors with the family with our adventure play area in the Newstead Abbey grounds. Site entry & parking charges apply.
