Thursday 9 July 2026 | Tasting at 7pm, Dinner at 8pm
Harts Hotel & Kitchen, Hosted by Tim Hart
Tickets: £85pp
Theme: Under the Volcano
Volcanic soils create a "Terroir" for growing wine grapes with special properties.
The Flanks of Etna, the island of Santorini (Greece) Tenerife (Canaries), Soave and Monte Vulture in Basilicata Italy and the Kaiserstuhl (in Baden-Württemberg) are just a few of the inspirations of this tasting designed to show that soil does make a difference and that volcanic soils can lend minerality and structure to wines produced on them.
Tim Hart is a great fan of these wines and will share with you the final selection in advance of the tasting.
