Are you ready for some spooky surprises and mystical mayhem this October half-term holiday at the Tropical Butterfly House Wildlife Conservation Park – spells, scales and monstrous fun await!
Look out for the spellbinding creatures and characters lurking along the Witches and Wizards Halloween Trail. Conjure up your inner witch or wizard to complete the challenges and graduate from the School of Magic (and Mischief)!
Seek out the Wizard Extraordinaire as he casts his spine-chilling spells and hocus-pocus jokes across the park alongside his friendly companion - Dumbledore Raptor!
Wander along the woodland walk, past mystical dragons and magical owls, to peek into the eerie Witch's Cabin … is she home to share her potions, spells and stories with you?!
NEW! Crafty Cauldron - whatever the weather, stir up some magical vibes inside the Crafty Cauldron! From a creepy colouring competition to a monstrous mix of fun indoor activities including Witches Hat Hoopla, Monster Mash Bean Bag Bash, Bats Eye Bullseye and Wizard Wind Up Racing! Get your spooky family selfie with wickedly giant friends here!
Take a seat at the Magical School of Curious Creatures show to see spellbinding animal antics and breathtaking free-flying birds.* Master the art of flying with the wayward Wizard at his Broomstick Training class and ghoulish Hubble Bubble display bursting with fun!*
Take a terrifyingly good fun tractor-trailer ride through the haunted grounds – hold on tight, you might get wet! Enter the 'Haunted House' if you dare! Venture into the shadows where only the bravest young wizard and witches wannabes will make it through this maze of frights!
Meet some monstrous minibeasts and learn gruesome fun facts about the park's amazing animals during daily animal encounters and keeper talks. And if you're feeling fearless, test your courage on the chilling Dino trail and peculiar play park – climb the Realms of Camelot and go wild with the spooktacular sandpits, zany zipwire and ripping ride-on cars!
Enter into the spirit of things! Dress up in your scariest or most bewitching costume (witch, wizard, ghost, pumpkin – you choose!) and you could scare your way to a spooky spot prize! Take part in the colouring competition and drop your magical masterpiece in the mysterious Owl Post Box. Go on a monster hunt to find one of the special hidden Halloween prize scrolls for even more chances to win?
Don't forget to creep into the cafes and Jungle Gift Shop to grab some terrifyingly good spooky-themed treats for the kids (and big-kids!)
