Round House

Located near the Nottingham Castle and within walking distance to the Theatre, The Round House is a unique independent free house. It was once part of the Nottingham General Hospital and also the site where Charles I declared ‘People of Nottingham are you with me!’ giving it a fantastic historical feel!

Not only is the history fascinating, the menu offered is fresh, locally sourced and beautifully presented. They have a lunch menu available Monday-Saturday, their main menu all day, exciting daily specials and an exceptional Sunday Lunch menu to choose from!

To go with the fabulous food menu, there is a wide variety of fine wines, whiskeys, cocktails, and local ales. A relaxed, vintage feel to the place is ideal for intimate small groups in our windowed booths; or larger parties wishing to have a section for drinking and dining.
