A Taste of South East Asia

About

Saturday 4 August & Saturday 1 September 2018 | 9.30am - 5pm
The School of Artisan Food
£175

Join Cordon Bleu trained chef Justine Kanter as you explore the flavours of South East Asia and learn how to create a selection of tantalising dishes from Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam.

This hands-on one-day course will give you the skills, knowledge and confidence to create your own delicious South East Asian food at home. Using British seasonal produce you will make dishes including:

    Pad Thai
stir fried pork with mint, chili and cashew nuts
    chicken satay
    Vietnamese beef salad
    Malaysian prawn fritters
    egg fried rice

Each dish can either be enjoyed at the School or taken home. The School of Artisan Food makes a conscious effort to reduce waste and packaging. Students are welcome to bring their own containers to transport their food home.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day, as well as a buffet style lunch prepared by our team of chefs. All ingredients, equipment and recipes will be provided.
