With kind permission of Stage Scripts Ltd., Lindrick Players proudly present "Agatha Crusty & The Health Spa Murders" a spoof whodunnit by Derek Webb, directed by Lawrence Cohen, co-directed by Helene Sprowell.
***Contains some cheeky adult humour, so booking is at your discretion.***
Agatha Crusty (pronounced Croosty) is back! Our popular crime novelist with a talent for amateur sleuthing is on the trail of yet another ruthless murderer.
Join Agatha Crusty for a weekend of luxury, relaxation, and mystery at the exclusive Seventh Heaven Health Spa. Agatha arrives seeking a bit of peace to recharge her batteries and spark new inspiration for her latest book. But what should have been a tranquil retreat quickly turns into a web of intrigue when a murder disrupts the peaceful ambiance.
As Agatha mingles with five glamorous members of the Zara Fernandez fashion house sales team - each enjoying a well-earned reward for their stellar performance - tensions begin to simmer beneath the surface. The group is greeted by the spa's charming owner, Andy Eden, along with therapists Dmitri and Abigail, who introduce the ladies to an array of invigorating treatments, including the much-talked-about Russian Venik massage, a favourite among the guests.
But when the spa's serenity is shattered by a shocking crime, DI Simon Aster, the bumbling cousin of DI Twigg (from Agatha Crusty & The Village Hall Murders), arrives to investigate - though his incompetence only serves to frustrate the guests and Agatha alike. Determined to get to the bottom of the mystery, Agatha takes matters into her own hands, unravelling the clues with her trademark wit, sharp instincts, and a healthy dose of humour.
In this fast-paced, laugh-out-loud whodunnit, nothing is as it seems, and everyone has a secret. Will Agatha crack the case before DI Aster? Or will she find herself trapped in a web of deceit, sabotage, and spa treatments gone awry?
Prepare for a performance full of twists, turns, and plenty of laughs in Agatha Crusty & The Health Spa Murders - where relaxation is only a façade, and mystery is the true treatment of the day!
