Do you love taking photographs on your phone at Christmas time but don't always get the results you had hoped for? This interactive smartphone workshop will help you take control of you phone camera and get the shots you will be proud to share over the Christmas season. The workshop will take place in the 100sqm converted craft barn with stunning views of the open Nottinghamshire countryside of Hanwell Wine Estate. The setting provides the perfect space to relax and engage in your passion while learning new useful skills.
What you will learn:
Guided by expert tutor and teacher Sara she will take you through the steps of how to:
• Set up your phone camera
• Photography composition
• Lighting
Put all these skills into practice as you take a walk around the estate, snapping and chatting.
In addition there will be an introduction to editing, keeping it simple on the best free apps.
Who is the workshop for: A photo walk is suitable for everyone, encouraging you to get creative whilst appreciating the beauty in the world around us.
What is included: refreshments and a take away check summary covering the subject, plus little goody bag.
What you need to bring: You will need to bring a fully charged smartphone with some space for new photos. At the time of booking please provide the make and model of your phone by adding to the 'comments' at checkout.
This workshop is designed to help you feel inspired by the knowledge that you now own a camera you can use, rather than just a phone that takes snaps. (tutor – Sara)
