Head to the farm this festive season for a family day out packed with Christmas cheer!

The sell-out event 'Woodland Wonderland' is back and it’s full of festive surprises:

  • Meet Santa in his woodland grotto.
  • Choose a gift from the wonderland toy shop.
  • Feed Santa’s reindeer a tasty treat.* 
  • Explore the Elves’ Village.
  • Toast marshmallows and make s'mores.* 
  • Decorate a gingerbread biscuit with Mrs Claus.
  • Ride the Christmas carousel.* 
  • Join our animal petting sessions. 
  • Groom a donkey. 
  • Write a letter to Santa to post in our special North Pole postbox.
  • Make reindeer food to take home and sprinkle on your lawn.
  • Watch a falconry display. 
  • Experience bird handling.* 
  • Warm up with a slice of Christmas toast.
  • Try skating on our rink designed especially for little ones (wheelchairs are welcome).* 
  • Enjoy our Christmas pantomime, filled with seasonal silliness and laughs for the whole family.
  • Take a break in the Indoor Playbarn - the LARGEST in Nottinghamshire.  
  • See who you can find along The World of Dinosaur Roar! Discovery Trail. 
  • Upgrade to a Children's VIP ticket and make a Christmas squishie to take home!

You'll find them in East Leake, LE12 6LU, just over ten minutes from the M1 motorway and easily accessible for family days out from Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire.

Christmas event will be running:

Saturday 29 & Sunday 30 November 2025. Farm open from 9.30am to 5pm. Woodland Wonderland open from 10am to 1.30pm and from 2.15pm to 4.45pm.

Weekends from 6 December 2025. Farm open from 9.30am to 6pm. Woodland Wonderland open from 10am to 1.30pm, then from 2.15pm to 5.45pm.

Monday 22 & Tuesday 23 December 2025. Farm open from 9.30am to 6pm. Woodland Wonderland open from 10am to 1.30pm, then from 2.15pm to 5.45pm.

Christmas Eve 24 December. Farm open from 9.30am to 2pm.Woodland Wonderland open from 10am to 1.45pm.
When you book tickets, you will be asked to select a timeslot. This timeslot is your estimated time to see Santa, this is not the time you should arrive at the farm. We will be open from 9.30am daily and you are welcome to spend the whole day with us, with the exception of Christmas Eve when we will be closing at 2pm.

Tickets to see Santa are sold in fifteen-minute blocks, meaning the time you see Santa could be fifteen minutes later than the time shown on your ticket.

When the Woodland Wonderland closes for lunch between 1.30pm and 2.15pm, the rest of the farm will remain open as normal.
