7-piece rare soul and funk band, influenced by the Fatback band, The Salsoul Orchestra, Northern Soul, Marvin Gaye, Aretha Franklin and other legendary soul and funk artists from the 1970s.

The members of Diggin' For Diamonds have performed with the likes of Myles Sanko, The Brass Funkeys, Kathy Kosins, Resolution 88, Joanna Eden, Paul Young's Q-Tips, Don Airey, Joe Bataan, Nicholas Beard, Speedometer and SouLutions to name a few. The band have also performed at a range of festivals and club venues including the Jazz Cafe in London.
