Felt Christmas Tree Baubles Workshop
24th November 2023 I 9.30am to 1.15pm
£69.00 per person
A relaxing half day session learning how to make handmade felted baubles using Wool fibres and the needle felting method. This is a dry felting process so no soap or water in this Felting Workshop. The workshop is located in the Rural Antics Craft Barn at Hanwell Wine Estate which offers beautiful views of the Nottinghamshire countryside.
The session will be led by local Artist and Feltmaker Rachel who will guide you through each step. Once the Bauble shape is formed Wool yarns are needle felted onto the Bauble surface to create your own Christmas motifs and a hanging cord is stitched in place as the finishing touch.
They make the perfect handmade Christmas tree decoration or a loving Christmas gift for friends or family. By the end of your session, you will not only have learnt a new skill but have the confidence to make more at home if you wish.
