Do you love taking photographs on your phone but don't always get the results you had hoped for? This interactive theory session smartphone workshop will help you take control of you phone camera and get the shots you will be proud to share.
The workshop will take place in the 100sqm converted craft barn with stunning views of the open Nottinghamshire countryside of Hanwell Wine Estate. The setting provides the perfect space to relax and engage in your passion while learning new useful skills.
What you will learn:
Guided by expert tutor and teacher Sara she will take you through the steps of how to:
Setting up your Smart Phone Camera and taking creative control.
Composition the basic rules, what pleases our eyes?
Understanding light
Photo Walk around the estate, putting the theory into practice (Suitable footwear required for the countryside)
An introduction to Editing using free apps
Reviewing our shots and Edit our top pictures
Who is the workshop for:
No prior knowledge is required, this course is designed for beginners or those wishing to use there photography skills on there new pocket rocket camera, disguised as a phone.
What is included:
2- course vegetarian lunch with a glass of local wine, refreshments through the day, and a take away check summary covering the subject, plus little goody bag.
What you need to bring:
You will need to bring a fully charged smartphone with some space for new photos. At the time of booking please provide the make and model of your phone by adding to the 'comments' at checkout.
This workshop is designed to help you feel inspired by the knowledge that you now own a camera you can use, rather than just a phone that takes snaps. (tutor - Sara)
