Make a Wooden Bird

About

Tuesday 2nd April | 2024 | 10am – 12.30pm; 1.30pm – 4pm
The Harley Foundation
£35

Learn how to sculpt, shape, file and polish wood to create a stylized bird for your home with Simon Mount.

Be inspired by the clean lines of mid-century design to craft your wooden bird sculpture. Simon will be on hand to guide you through the process of carving and refining your bird, helping you add finishing touches like metal legs.

All materials and equipment will be provided. Please note, this session is suitable for adults.

This workshop is part of Meet + Make, a series of public engagement events running alongside our contemporary exhibition Work Life: Life's Work.
