Come and enjoy a creative session, and learn the art of silversmithing. Guided expert tutor Zoe, you will get hands-on with the tools and materials and create a gorgeous necklace handcrafted by you. All in the relaxing setting of the craft barn with views overlooking the open countryside of Hanwell Wine Estate.
In this fun workshop you are given a piece of sterling silver sheet and a piece of copper sheet and from these you can make a pendant. After having a play with the different mark making tools, using example pieces as inspiration, and being offered design guidance where required,
What you will make: A necklace with 3 rings on make from sterling silver.
What you will learn: You will learn how to saw and shape each piece and then solder and clean and sand to finish up with a beautiful bespoke handmade pendant.
What is included: – Everything is included, all tools and materials, plus refreshments. Nothing to bring, just yourself.
